At humanities class, we had to do an oral presentation and an essay about a conflict that is happening around the world. My topic was child soldiers in Uganda so I had to talk and write about it.
The paper was difficult to right because to have a good paper we need good notes. I wrote and alright amount of notes so it wasn’t that difficult. I think that the template we had made writing the notes a lot easier. If we didn’t have a template I don’t know how long I could last. The hardest part of the paper was the APA citations and the direct and indirect quotes. I took me an hour to organize my citations and my quotes.
The oral presentation was a bit challenging. The research was the easy part and it took the quickest. Making the google slides was challenging because it was hard to make the slides. I am not a tech person so it was a bit difficult. The hardest part was the actual presentation because it was hard to present in front of people. Also I stuttered a lot and I kept looking at the slides. When I actually presented, it was easier for me. I practiced many times and I don’t regret it.
