1) Analyze your race. Include the environment conditions, tour physical condition, your pace and how other runners affected your race.
My mile time was 7:22. The turf was wet and slippery and the climate was nice and cool. The weather that day was cloudy and windy. My physical conditions were good. My pace was pretty slow at the beginning but after the first lap I started lapping a few people. After a few laps I started getting faster and more alive.
2) Explain what you would do differently next time so you could improve your performance
Next time I run, I think I can go faster and keep up the pace at the same time. I just need to push myself so I can go faster. Also, I should wear warmer clothes because the weather was cold and I was hard to run at the start because it was cold.
